Gerald specializes in dimensional blondes, customizing rich color, bringing movement and an edginess into classic shapes, and creating looks that are individualized to compliment your unique style. Initially Aveda trained, Gerald has since continued to pursue advanced education through Paul Mitchell. She made the switch to Paul Mitchell in 2008 not only because the company shares her fervor for giving people hair fashion that is edgy as well as healthy, but also her desire to raise social consciousness and environmental responsibility. A lifetime of struggling with her own hair texture inspired Wendy to become a stylist specializing in thick, curly, unruly hair. A graduate of Paul Mitchell The School of Orlando and former instructor for Paul Mitchell The School of Jacksonville, she has made continuing education a priority and stives to personalize every hairstyle to the individual. She hopes to help clients embrace their texture and educate them on how to manage it. In addition, she excels at natural looking dimentional color and texture treatments. Along with being behind the chair, her passion is giving back to the community, and is thrilled to be a regular part of the community outreach with the Sulzbacher Center and the American Cancer Society.

Passion, creativity, and the love of beautiful hair have been the building blocks of Nicole Beth’s career in the beauty industry. With a mind for change and eye for color she has strived to make every guest leave her chair feeling like they can take over the world. Her love of knowledge and longing to be a part of something bigger than average brought her to the doors of Paul Mitchell where she has found a kinship of support, education, and culture. As a Senior National Educator, Nicole truly believes “Success unshared is failure,” and strives to unite our industry and break down the walls that have taught us to hide our knowledge from each other. The love of the art of styling and finishing has taken Nicole into the world of fashion and photography, giving her the opportunity to work with leaders in the industry both locally and nationally. After becoming the 2009 John Paul Mitchell Systems photo shoot contest winner, Nicole has been published multiple times in Cut and Dry and Launch Pad Magazine. In the continuing growth of Nicole Beth’s career she believes “Successful people do what unsuccessful people don’t do,” and the drive for excellence will be the one thing that keeps her moving forward.
